Dwayne and Shelley Williams are pastoral staff leading essential ministries at Global Harvest Church. They are the Directors of the Transformation Center, a ministry devoted to inner healing and freedom prayer. They are also the Directors of EFES Ministries, an organization specializing in providing personal ministry to Christian pastors, pastoral lay staff, lay pastors, musicians and their families. They have three adult children – Jordan, Morgan and Logan.

Dwayne has decades of experience in inner healing and deliverance ministry. He is one of the instructors at Global Harvest School of Supernatural Ministry, oversees Men’s Ministry and serves on the worship team. He is a licensed and ordained minister.

Shelly is the Administrative assistant for Global Harvest Ministries. She is also a graduate of Global Harvest School of Supernatural Ministry and the coordinator of Global Harvest Ministry Teams. She is also a licensed and ordained minister.
